ScamCheck is a free online tool that provides automated analysis of websites based on publicly available technical signals. The Service analyzes factors including but not limited to:

• Domain registration age and WHOIS data
• SSL/TLS certificate validity
• DNS configuration
• Third-party review aggregation (e.g., Trustpilot)
• Content analysis patterns
• Domain name characteristics

The Service produces a "risk indicator score" based on these signals. This score is intended as an informational aid only.

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 Not Legal or Professional Advice

The Service does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Results should not be used as the sole basis for any decision, particularly decisions involving financial transactions.

3.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Results are accurate, complete, or current
• A low-risk score indicates a website is safe or legitimate
• A high-risk score indicates a website is fraudulent or dangerous
• The Service will detect all fraudulent or malicious websites

3.3 Risk Indicators, Not Verdicts

The Service provides risk indicators based on technical signals. It does NOT:

• Accuse any website of fraud, scam, or illegal activity
• Verify the business practices, ownership, or legitimacy of any website
• Guarantee the safety or security of any transaction
• Make representations about the character or intent of website operators

3.4 Third-Party Data

The Service incorporates data from third-party sources, including but not limited to Trustpilot reviews, public WHOIS databases, and DNS records. We do not verify or endorse the accuracy of third-party data. Third-party reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not ScamCheck.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SCAMCHECK AND ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any damages arising from any decision made based on the Service's results
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any damages arising from the conduct of any third party on the Service

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ScamCheck and its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Governing Law
